ABOUT ME

MY PRACTICE
My practice is in supporting you. This means that your goals & values are at the heart of our work together. I am prepared to assist you as you build a life filled with deeper meaning & increased fulfillment.
As a Bay Area native, I am aware of and accustomed to the challenges associated with living in this fast-paced, ever-changing climate. As a Psychologist, I meet the needs of my clients by combining innovative, science-based techniques & approaches with my own down-to-Earth, playful, & deeply compassionate stance. Our work together can help build upon your existing strengths, learn new skills, & break free from unhelpful habits.
My clinical strength & focus is supporting those who are pulled between two or more value systems; those who struggle to meet the competing demands of life. This can include first & second-generation immigrants, veterans, first-responders, students who are the first in their family to attend college, & those who are touched by the social costs of upward mobility.

Whether you are new to therapy, have received counseling in faith-based or academic settings, or even if you have years of therapy experience, I am ready to make psychotherapy approachable & transformative for you.

GETTING STARTED
Finding a therapist can be a strange process. Not only can it require some understanding of how therapy works – as a healing process and as a professional relationship – but it can also involve sifting through a lot of jargon and clinical terms.
Meanwhile, you just know something in your life needs to change and that you need help. That’s all we need to get started. The next step is to schedule a complimentary consultation.
